Just thought i would add that if anyone is modding there car for track/fast driving there are some really interesting points made in this book which will give you a better insight into the pros and cons of the modifications. I think that i would have done things slightly differently if i had read this book first.
This is a genuine recommendation, i don't have any links to this publication at all.
