Thoroughly recommend this book. It tackles every aspect of things you should know about for track days. all about driver setup and prep, car setup and prep and all the techniques you are likely to need to know about whilst on the track.

Just thought i would add that if anyone is modding there car for track/fast driving there are some really interesting points made in this book which will give you a better insight into the pros and cons of the modifications. I think that i would have done things slightly differently if i had read this book first. This is a genuine recommendation, i don't have any links to this publication at all.
