Yesterday I had the stage 2 on my VXT completed by Jon & Mark at Courtenay’s in North Walsham :jump: . Great start to the day, p1ssing down in rain, but the guys from Courtenay’s must enjoy their work, fancy turning up on a Monday morning at 8:30am in the p1ssing rain in the middle of nowhere and still smiling :o ….no offence to any one living up there in North Norfolk, it but it can be a bit bleak  . Jon and his team fitted my Miltek (full sys) in April :groupjump: , made some mod’s to the airbox and fitted a Courtenay performance air filter, which I have since removed poof due to all the adverse comments about the AMM’s blowing. So now I have the std OEM paper filter, but with the airbox still modified. Sorry Jon, forgot to mention that :beat: , still sounds good though. So the details you note below are based on 2 sets of figures the miltek + airbox mod’s and the full stage 2 remap incl. Miltek & filter box mod’s. The whole process took about 3 hours including cups of coffee :drink: and constant “wot u doing now” questions. As usual it was nearly a joy to part with my money  , that is until I took the VXT down to Rushden for a fitting of the shower cap (story later), the car goes like a bomb, very responsive in the mid range, and the grin just gets bigger, now I know I did the right thing :jump: :jump: :jump: . I was really pleased once the Miltek “burnt in”, but this is a whole new game. It bloody flys………. :groupjump: I can’t speak of the others that do this service, but Jon & Mark are brilliant :grouphug: , very helpful and a pleasure to visit, they even rang me later to see how it went……Ahhhhhhhhhhh   . A couple of their other guys were fitting a lightened flywheel to a Vectra, all silly questions answered, oh and yes they are really light. I can't seem to attach more than one thing at a time :beat: so, here's the new rolling road, with the VX under the final run....graphs etc to follow chinky chinky Bob

You turbo guys have far too much power. :( I was just wondering, do they not tie the back of the car down when it's on a power run?

If you don't mind me asking - what was the cost breakdown? I might even get around to modding mine soon. Who knows....

Sorry :beat: don't really understand the question.
The top line (BHP & Torque charts) is just after the remap, the bottom line was just the miltek before remap, except in the case of the acceleration chart which is reversed
Hope that helps or makes sense

Sorry, I was trying to figure out if the bottom power plot was a before plot, or if it was power at the wheels. Now that I know it's the "before" plot, any ideas what the power at the wheels was?

Look in the down load above all the figures are in there
But, heres the info you asked for

Power @ wheels was 176.9 bhp (miltek only) and now is 209.1 bhp (miltek & remap) i.e. 32.2 bhp increase
