Getting pissed off with non return of phonecalls and complete lack of information. They've had my deposit since 1st November and I've heard nothing. has anyone got any firm information from dealers yet? I'm thinking I might change my order to someone who gives a toss about my business

I wonder if they are not taking proper orders till the end of March how soon it will take to receive your car? 2 weeks or 6 weeks? Guess its luck of the draw? I am tempted to negotiate a deal to pick the car up mid summer, that way I can do the Basel/Issoire trips in my old car and pick up the new car when I take the old car back to the UK, this also helps with my greencard etc on my insurance as I think I will need a new insurer for the Turbo because of the higher grouping, plus I want to make sure track days are covered. Just have to wait and see how much dealers are willing to play with the tradein price or the overall price of the new car? Regards, John.

Thorney and others. I have just heard that Wayne at Crownhill has just received his ordering spec sheet thingies for the VXT. He is also hoping it will turn up ready to bring it out on the 2nd, even if he can't I think he'll still come in the more superior NA version :P We are still waiting on news of the written off VX / VXT. Cw

Yep. I'm popping in tomorrow to confirm spec for my order. Then it's just a question of waiting till Vauxhall decide to start taking orders

I've been trying to get hold of him(2 no avail!) the last 2 days to tell him I'm picking mine up next month if he hasn't sold it which is unlikely and to also to book my testdrive of the VXT, I hope there is no delays for the demo models!!
