2.4 inlet manifold,
New top engine mounts,

New Fuel filter,
New coolant tank,
Oil and filter change,

Only an inch or so closer than before, the manifold has since been heat wrapped to protect the clam and boot release mechanism thumbsup
Really chuffed with the finished result :groupjump:

yeah it looks great thumbsup

i rerouted the boot cable - runs nowhere near the manifold at all

my gearshift cables were 10mm from the downpipe, i had to make a heat shield

that exhaust system just looks Imnotworthy you need to turn the boot release cable/mechanism around, the cable should come from the gearbox side, this eliminates any potential heat issues thumbsup

Hi, is it a 2.5" or 3" system? Jim is making me up a 3" complete exhaust system & manifold. It has to be said, it looks very nice! How much does the complete system weigh?

Its a 2.5"up to the 200cell cat then its 3" after that. I was so keen to get it fitted that I never thought to weigh it  I can confirm however that the manifold weighs less than a crisp packet in comparison to oem.
Will try and get a wee video posted up in due course chinky chinky.

Jon, I will try and pop along for a look but cant commit to entering due to the move :angry2:
