It wasn't condescending at all. Lots of statistics and discussion about the consequences of speed i.e death and injury. Cost me £32 more than a fine though!

depends if your insurance would go up by more than the additional cost of the course, as to whether it's worth doing. I did the course and still managed to get another 3 points later that year!
