It's when she takes it into the omni multistorey. The ramps are fairly steep and I'm worried my front clam might come off with my splitter. I'm sure it'll be fine

Yes!
Mine is velcro'd (mainly to avoid it being stolen while again while parked up).
Also, it allows you to slightly adjust the height of it depending on the road / speed humps - or lack of.

After the wind ripped the straps off my Halfrauds 'weather proof' cover recently, I used small ratchet straps to hold it on. Wind still pulled it off yesterday!!
