That's the trouble! It'd be nice to be able to afford one. If you want to keep it on the road it's a whole lot more than that too, insurance and tax isn't cheap! Not to mention all the other consumables if you start using it!

Head vs heart dilemma... those few miles I do in the VX every month are amazing, but very very few. Do I need a car? No. Do I want a car? Yes Do I want to pay for a car given I don't need it? Not sure. Oh bugger this is going to be tough.
