must be getting old - prefer the sound with the standard airbox now!!! Standard exhaust on its way!

Gotta admit, I preferred the sound of my NA with the standard airbox. Had both the Viper and ITG kits and they're both chavy and it doesnt pop as much :(

Yeah I noticed the exhaust burbles a bit more now! It was really loud with the cone filter at just over 3k and up but it wasn't a particularly nice induction noise! Prob sound a bit too much like a sewing machine with oem exhaust but if it means I can hear the radio it'll do. I doubt it'll make much difference as the main noise is from wind / road. Never liked the oval tail pipe on mine anyway really though so that'll be an improvement.

Pretty chuffed. Got through my first oil and filter change pretty much unscathed. Filter cap was a pig though.
