I'm confused. If you get on the BA future pilot scheme, do you have to pay back the £84k? And £1k a month foor 7 years? :O

Sorry! I have to pay £84k during training but after finishing you start to receive £1k pcm tax free on top of your pay until you receive £84k back. Still not a great deal financially but better than self sponsored!

Oh ok. So you basically take out a mortgage and they pay it back. That sounds quite interesting.
