bugger, Ive got to change the rear discs and pads on the rear for the first time. Will be Mintex 1144s all round then. Not looking forward now

Just finished the fronts. Agreed much easier than the rears!

Just done 50 gentle miles and they feel great - very big difference. They are pretty noisy at very low speeds currently, but hoping this will go once I've put some heat into them and bedded them in properly.
