Did you get the latest software, as opposed to the CD that the ebay guy provided?

I bought one recently from ebay and struggled to get driver installed due to security settings on PC. When that was overcome, it worked.

I used the CD and managed to get the driver installed after a bit of mesing about. Keep getting 'connection failed'
