Why do some people do 40, constantly, in a NSL 60 and then floor it up behind me once I've overtaken them?!?

Had it today, definitely decided to speed up whilst I was overtaking. Luckily I held back a lot before so was already doing warp factor 1 when I indicated out hehe

I love it when the car in front turns into the stig the moment you catch them up on a straight then they proceed to sh*t them selves at the first corner lol !
