So what would happen if If I plugged my electric fan heater into my 12V - 240V inverter plugged into the lighter socket of the VX???

Check the power rating on the inverter! They're often only 150w and I've guessing the heater will be around 2000w.
Will probably overload your inverter

Gotta do something in this weather. Maybe get a very low powered heater.
