About 12 month for me, I now do a few hours three days a week showing folk around houses for sale it's a hard life.

Well it means that he has time to finish building the new roof on the 2 storey garage/outhouse in the dales and a load of other jobs his wife has planned. He also has the house in Doncaster that needs fully gutting but I have no idea what his plans are going to be.
