With your previous comments on cooking 888s, I'd go for A048s - but not the LTS spec. I've found them to be far better wearing. Might have to retune suspension slightly to get the best mind as they are very stiff tyres (but that's good - make the suspension work, not the tyres!)

R888 GG's are miles better than A048's but my experience is based on a 600kg car - the 48's went off time after time, the 888's stayed true.
