I have the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with BT corporate, what you are experiencing is good service compared to what we get.

They recently tried to take me to court for damaging a pole, aided by an Openreach engineer who lied in his teeth about the circumstanses. Fortunately I'm used to dealing with that sort of thing and was able to prove him a liar. But what about people who can't?
