Feel like a Señor today Even Directline seem to treat me as well, renewal came in at less than last year (even with a general increase of 20%). Reducing mileage allowance from 18k to 8k pa for next year has saved a further 20% (£200).

Thanks for all the prices, keep up the good work... About time someone from Vauxhall gave a sh** about us/this car.

As far as the 2.2 oil filter goes, does that price/part no INCLUDE the rubber O ring that goes round the cap? I know they stopped supplying them together a while back but hopefully they are supplying the ring that costs PENCE with the filter again!.

No, but shipping is pretty in-expensive, which is nice.

As a general rule, really small things will be sent via Royal Mail, medium to large will be sent via courier which is £6, and anything really large is £12. There may be a certain few exceptions to this rule, but 99% of the time, it'll be spot on.

You're more than welcome to pick them up though.

I priced a timing chain kit a few posts above, but it was more expensive? Anyone know the different between 55569838 and 55570337? Both just stay 'drive set'.

Just a quick note to explain my situation a little. I will need your patience and help sometimes with parts/part numbers. I'm not a parts person, as in, I don't work in the parts department at all. I have limited knowledge of VX220's, my only knowledge is from doing research in to buying a VXT about 2 years ago so I know my way around the car but sometimes that won't be quite enough. I don't know the cars inside out so if you can understand that, we'll all be ok. I run our website and the marketing side of things as a general rule but because I'm slightly 'techy', EPC and parts is not too troubling for me. From supply things for VXRonline members, I know most of the VXR range very well, the same kind of level as a well heeled parts man, but I'm not there with the VX220. But I will be, I'm a quick learner. From Thursday onwards, I'm off for a week so if it's ok with you all, could we pick up everything after that? I'll still supply prices etc in the meantime but I'd rather be here to oversee things when bits are ordered. Thanks , James.
