Thanks James, everything arrived with vocky. Imnotworthy Very, very good customer service. It's especially refreshing to actually get prompt emails back and a call to say things had been dispatched, something AutoVaux never really managed.

Service book - £18 incl.VAT (I'll need a photocopy of your V5 for this one, it's just easier. It has reg, chassis number, your name and address etc)
Driver headrest surround - Do you mean the 'pad'? I think it's 9197908 - £67+VAT (Retail £87+VAT)
Front Splitter clips - They're actually rivets on EPC - which are 81p+VAT each (Retail £1.02+VAT each), and EPC tells me you'll need 6 of them.

Outright, they're £2,270.11+VAT (Retail £2,521+VAT)

Exchange - I can't seem to find a price, but I'd budget on it being slightly cheaper, but not by much.

We don't do reconditioned units, just Vauxhall stuff.

Do you need a full full list of internals?

Not at the moment --just asking.

Not exactly sure what the problem is yet.

When you say exchange a bit cheaper -- any idea roughly. ?

Found out why I can find a price - part not available Posted Image

If it's any consolation, it would have been about £200-£300 cheaper.

Hi could you give me a price and availability on a set of exhaust valves, valve springs and exhaust manifold bolts for the z20let Thanks.

Std exhaust valve - 90410816 - £54+VAT each (Retail £70+VAT each)

EPC also lists another two exhaust valves, 0.075mm oversize, 0.15mm oversize. I can get prices on those too if you need.

Valve spring - 90448050 - £4.55+VAT each (Retail £5.80+VAT each)

The manifold studs are - 55355571 - 71p+VAT each.

If you let me know which ones you want to go for, I'll check availability. Posted Image

Hi are you sure the £54+VAT for the exhaust valve is each and not a set of 8.I will get back to you on exactly which bitomorrowl require tommorow as I have got to take the old valves out to check whether I will require valves and springs or just valves or springs and I will probably just stick with the standard size though a price on the oversize would be good in case I decide to fit larger valves Thanks

Unfortunately, that is per valve. But I am told that you want to go to Parkers / local non-genuine parts place, and I quote "They're like £5".

Worth a phone call though as it would save you about £480.

Thanks for the pointer to parkers I will give them a try if I need them as I have taken the old ones out and my untrained eye can't see anything wrong with them other than I know they aren't sealing properly.I still can't believe how much vauxhall charge for them but thanks for taking the time to get the prices for me.

Can do Stu.

Service books are £18 inc.VAT

Well, I've learnt something new today, that bit is called an "escutcheon".

Have you got an N/A, VXT or VXR? The trim codes are different.
