I'm at Spa on Wednesday and its the first outing since the engine swap, I shall let you know on Wednesday evening what happens!!

Sounds like it was a weekend to remember! I hope the next one is less frantic!
I was really hoping to make it there on Saturday, but had to change my plans at the last minute.
Hopefully your car will be flying again at full strength soon!

FFS. Just as I was starting to trust my engine again......just got of the phone with jon at cms and he reckons its valve springs possibly dying so probably best to change to 78lb supertechs and change the hydraulic lifts as they are cheap and easy enough to do

is Jon saying boost pressure forcing inlet valves open , or if its always at a particular rpm is it valve bounce?

I would replace the engine loom first
