Can I say Imnotworthy to Vocky, never imagined they could be changed so quickly, went to get a tea and they were done when I cam back, wow that was quick, thanks for the tow eye :D also identified TDC so will find which teeth to grind down. I re-tapped a number of manifold holes to m8, terrifying :o years since I have tapped heads, it's on, needs tightening tomorrow, Also looking for a z20let knock sensor to install. trying to figure a way to get these pesky s/c bolts back on, maybe get the dremel out to the rear bulkhead tomorrow. anyone fancy a laugh come on over :D ( wonder where this wire goes  )

Loosen the rear mount and tip the engine over. May give you a bit more room to reach those SC bolts.

Which bolts broke from the manifold? Hear that now a few times, despite fitted lower mount....

those closes to number 1 cylinder. the first one looking at the manifold and the first top one closest. think these were the ones which went before. I have the support bracket as well. Will see how the m8's go. hadn't thought of that, might be enough give in the exhaust system to allow that cheers thumbsup

think it's essential really, neeed to adjust the position of the map as the new one is bigger the the old and wont sit correctly UNDER the harrop

I noticed when I pulled the senor out there was some kind of grease under it, (black) any ideas, one of the harrop bolts actually sits on the new sensor and will hold it in position

Looks like some silicon sealant has been used to seal it. will put some on just don't want to get it near the sensor. what size pulley should I put on Joe?
