Yea they are good to about 400bhp don't really want to go above that   I realistically expect 370-380bhp the original 365 came about with hp pistons I have low comp in now but with better mapping with z20let ect and say 2.8" should be there somewhere.

manifold is back on,

s/c to go on, crank sensor bracket to adapt for the z22se sensor. 2 teeth to remove, loom to fit, am still working on it now

edit

the m6 are made of cheese one of the only 2 I left snapped as I was tightening it up very little pressure, off she comes again :beat:

What grade are they? sounds like there isn't enough torque on the them to keep the load in the joint

Looks like some silicon sealant has been used to seal it. will put some on just don't want to get it near the sensor.

what size pulley should I put on Joe?

Probably to seal the "too narrow" Courtenay MAP sensor.
The Z20 LET uses a Bosch TMAP sensor right? (0261230042) That should have a good fit in the mani (= std LSJ) but for the Harrop you need to mod the mounting hole and turn it a bit clockwise...

Bosch sensor, not certain what the z20let uses, Courtenay's gave me one which is now fitted, and sits under one of the s/c bolts holding the snout on, shouldn't move. one bit of good news is that it's booked in Thursday not tomorrow, just hope I can get it done in time.

questions

on the z20let it's single lambda is it post cat?

whats the Atmospheric sensor?

two lambdas, one just after turbo , used for everything for actual running,
second lamda , just after cat, used for check system efficiency

iirc, there is a barometric pressure sensor mounted on the ecu

mixture lambda is located between the exhaust manifold and cat thumbsup the one after the cat is just to confirm the cat is working

Am going to have to swap the Lamndas over as the one post cat has the plug which fits the loom plug, shame.

No I am not  I have removed the pre cat lambda but can't budge the post cat, so I now need a new lambda with a flat plug.(anyone got one close by?) Air sensor is being delivered asap, should be here tomorrow. Just need the knock sensor due tomorrow and now all thats required should be the new lambda. should be ready to start then.. Need to get the clams on

i got my lambdas that obviously arent in an exhaust that you can borrow again might be worth leaving the engine to run then turn it off and then try to undo it failure to that take it to an exhaust guy and give him a tenner to take it out with a nice blowtorch! but if you want to borrow mine its fine i just have no idea if im going to be able to get it to you... as working the most hurrendous hours this week :( i can leave it out for you to collect though?
