Nick has got the OBD software making the ECU programable so no need for any 3rd party ECU!

Nick On the log you sent the wide band setting were not loaded? Ignore this sorry the setting will be on your copy of the software.

Nick Your EGR out put is zero on the log. Was the wideband connected at this point?

I just connected the wideband up to power and did a quick log

in the general settings it shows 0v as 10afr and 5v as 20afr think the log is showing the afr not volts

The EGR output is at 14.7 AFR is all over place assuming changing with throttle blips Might have to confirm this with peter that it is the EGR output and not EFR

The one bit of info we could not get was the PLX wideband sensor delay, so in general settings tab it was left at 90ms, don't know if that makes a difference

Still quite quick but I would of thought the timing would just add a bit of a delay

It's a shame you couldn't do a little run to try and see if the EGR output changes under load

Looks ok to me Nick. AFR between 14 and 15 at idle. Then the AFR goes lean as you come off the throttle as the ECU will cut fuelling.
