Yea made a big difference in flow rate. Good and bad news, good---got the car going at last didn't like it I suspect bad fuel, no error codes bad--- I am having trouble with the connection with the ecu it keeps dropping out, driving me mad, have given up tonight. Will get a new obd reader to check that first. Also an extension obd cord cut it and solder it onto the existing wires.

Have you put a smaller pulley on Nick ? I also have some bad results from old or not as good fuel In fact it runs quite badly on anything other than tesco 99 ( what ever they call it ) Or She'll V power +

were you on 2.9 last year 

 

i heard a certain power mad person has put a 2.7 pulley on

I found out that cms kept my 2.9 NOT my 2.8 I do have a 2.7 here I could use😀

If I could get 400 with a 2.9 I would i don't have one, I only have a 2.8/2.7 I will try to do my best....

None afaik, but not everyone is clear on the exact specs they run.

Hence me struggeling to keep a correct list.

 

I do remember me congratulating you on artic's mapping work, using a 3.05.

I'll pm him to be sure.

You need a 2.3 or 2.4 engine for that.

Truth be told when I started this thing with the Harrop so many years ago i would have been happy with 350 but it's like heroine don't touch it unless you want to be communed.

350 with continious intake temp under 40 is difficult enough as it is.

I think 450 is achievable with water / meth And a 2.8 pulley On a 2.2 ecotec with good porting ls4 and big air filter and bigger than 630 injectors And possibly a higher capacity pump Not my personal aim but I do have a 2.8 pulley sat in garage Which will find its way on To the car one day for sure My personal challenge now is to keep the car over 350 hp for a full session on my 3.1 pulley Using water only And from then on who knows But keeping hold of the power is essential for me
