I fitted similar ghetto switches to mine in a carbon panel, even replaced the Hazard switch with a toggle too :)

I'd swap em all too. The OE ones are a little rubbish, way down my 'to do' list but on there.

not sure if i like it... may pop to maplins and see if i like any if not will keep oem :) very simple to do tho

cost me about £10, including the carbon sheet

Very easy, drill holes, add LED's if you want (or have LED switches), wire up. DONE

no alarm switch involved.

I made new plate with holes and painted (also other plastic and center console).. all cost about 45 pounds,
in my opinion electrical conversion to new switches with LED isn't very simple..
for me, did it electrician..

By "alarm", i meant the "yellow flashing, pull over, lights", not the security alarm. i cannot recall
how you call it, here we call it alarm (perhaps faulcy).

sorry for my bad english...

ms-edel has a package that includes the "alarm" switch, but i d like to use my own switches

Did you get round to doing this? I am sure it would be usefull to several people and I would also appreciate it as it would save me having to mess about with my multimeter and guessing colours etc as I am just about to try a switch mod myself. thumbsup

Still gotta order the rest of my switches (£75!) :rolleyes: and mod the panel so yeah. But the sooner the better. thumbsup
