Prob pissing in the wind but would it be poss to make some blanks to fit where the headlamps go??
I'm in the process of this one. Keep badgering me, I have a memory like a seive.
A special resin (vinylester) and barrier (PTFE film) is required for the mould or you scrap a pair of lamps!!! Polyester will attack the lenses so you cant use wax or pva and regular glass.
Pm darron as im sure his headlights are fubared anyway.

Back on track now one set of splitter and louvers available for imediate dilivery. £240 dilivered
Aye, sorry about the little hijack. £240 is cheap, I know how much work these are to produce and wouldn't do it at that price.

Had time to do a quick fitting guide so hope this helps
tools required. Drill, drill bit (8mm depending on fittings) bolts and washers, sockets and spanners and a paerson to help if you have one available.
Firstly i made a small ramp using scafolding planks but other items can be used to give you clearance to be able to drill holes.
Then remove bolts that hold the underside of the front clam to aid access later on and bolts that hold the wheel arch liners on in front of wheels
Then place splitter up to car to check fitment (i used a barrel and some overalls to hold in place as didnt have spare hand)

then tightened this so most was just about tightened but still alowed movement in splitter.
this is done by reaching through the wheel arch liner so you can hold nut to tighten
then do same on other side.
then check alignment again to make sure all looks good bofore drilling other holes i did three aditional holes for fixings but you can do four if you like.
to fit bolts i reached through the gap between the underside of car and the clam was easy enough to reach each fitting
