Aside from the fact it looks crap, yes, probably. If you want to order 10,000 of them.

Don't go too thin with the polycarb Matt, 3mm wobbled on mine, you need a minimum of 4mm and if it could be heat set to a curve that would also help.

Thats exactly my plan. Add a sort of bubble shape to it to give it some rigidity. Fingers crossed the plastics man can do it at a good price.

Any Advance on these

You have another customer here :) as long as it was the same as the German one, with the slats and all. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into it cus I know it can be a rich PITA, but I couldn't justify more than 1k for one. So anything below that line and I'm in. I can help out on the spraying side if you need help to save money there? I've got 2 years of qualification and a fair whack of experience too so no need to worry :) So yea, can spray them up for members to save cash, would have thought materials would be around £30-40ish (as I'll be spraying a fair few id imagine) and looking for a bit of pocket money to buy some munch with whilst doing it ;) so not much at all! So that's another option if you guys are interested. Can show you some of my paintwork if you're not sure :P

I've noticed it's shorter and steeper than the others pictured here, would the airflow stay attached with this increased angle?

Dunno. Should do with vortex generators if its an issue. It follows the lines of the VX better (poof). This has the rear boot bit fitting like the OE not proud like the german one. It will be windowed rather than louvered though. Paint wise I'll do my own but if people want to do them for other owners its fine by me. I CBA! I've just been making a plug for an internal brace piece as there's a slight wobble between the hinges. Bah, more freekin work.
