I bet you can.  If the struts are outside the area of the lid and the wing is curved enough it should fit OK.

I think this is the only coupe look that pulls it off without the need for a BGW.

It´s optional, but certainly not needed.

To be fair it's a few days work in the grp plus hinge manufacture.  1k isn't too bad.

And do not forget the high temp Carbon bits.

Let's see what comes out and maybe we can drop the price with lots of interest.

Yeah, they add to the costs but seem a little gratuitous to me.  I see no need for high temp stuff here, it just adds to the cost.  In fact, if you wanted carbon in it I'd have said along the buttresses would be the best place (although hidden) as this would be where the rigidity would be best utilised.

lol, when looking at the side view, I was just gonna say "that car could do with a BGW!!"

I'm trying to imagine the car without hardtop as there's not enough space for me to fit with helmet on.

Put me on the interested list anyway.

Curious what it does regarding weight compared to the heavy oem lid.

I am going for a stage 4.

I have no talent on track and a small penis, so I need this in my life.

the more I think about it, I would sooner have a rollbar hinged rear clam and keeping the storage area , ie. 'thoughtless' design

Nope, never seen a UK car with one. That said, I've only seen photo's of two German cars with it fitted.

I re-checked this with the original German fabricator, and:

2 carbon hoods (painted) and 1 (non painted) was sold in Germany

7 (non painted) went to the UK.

So where are those 7 UK carbon rear covers hiding?!?!
