Extremely reluctantly I am selling my pride and joy (moving house), my 2004 Vauxhall VX220 Turbo with Thorney Motorsport Stage 2 upgrade (243 BHP) and fast road geometry suspension set up. The car is finished in Metallic blue with black Hardtop and black decals.

I am the third loving owner of this car, which has done 44,000 miles and has been an absolute joy to own. It has a blue and black leather interior, passenger footrests, original CD player, a black genuine turbo HARDTOP with all correct lining panels seals etc. and soft top (both with storage bags), excellent Bridgestone tyres all round on original alloys. The car has had the front nose area Armour fended (a clear plastic film) to protect the paintwork from stone chips and has anti rattle door pins.

It has a full service history including cam belt change, and has had a Thorney Motorsport Stage 2 upgrade (ECU Re-Map, Turbo-Back Milltek Sport Exhaust System – see their website) and now produces 243 BHP as per the dyno print out. A very quick car!

This car is in great condition, although has a few stone chips to the side and a little bubbling to the rear (see images). It has recently had 2 new front tyres, new brake pads all round and upgraded front drilled discs.

The car has never been damaged (HPI clear) or tracked, is taxed until 31/10/11 and last had an MOT in March this year, which it passed without any problems.

Please phone Andy for more details on 07859 899509 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              07859 899509      end_of_the_skype_highlighting

Price £12,345.00 (a £250 cash deposit will be required to reserve the car with full cash payment and collection the following week).

Thanks a lot

Good afternoon Gents. There must be some major mistake here. I bought this car on 02/10/09 from the second owner who bought it from Brindley Vauxhall on 18/03/05. I have the receipt from vauxhall and it states the reg as BJ04 ZTC and the Chassis no as WOLOEBR973N007211!!!!

No probs...good luck with the sale. Whoever looks to buy it should run an HPI check etc as a matter of course to prevent any potential mixup.

Hi ASTRAVXR. No, this is a genuine sale. It is HPI clear, feel free to check (against the chassis no). I am back at work tomorrow and will scan and attach the receipt for the car from Brindley Vauxhall. It shows the car was bought on 18/03/05 and shows the reg and chassis no (BJ04 ZTC WOLOEBR973N007211). It also has Brindley Vauxhall's phone number so you can ring them if you need any more assurances. Cheers Andy

Sorry about the mix up with VIN number. I cut and pasted from your profile but must have accidentally missed a '1' from the end. As Rob says, any potential buyer should ensure a full HPI and other checks are carried out.
