Have a good nosey around the forum, especially the useful thread collection (but be warned a few of the early listings are now without pictures).

If you stick up your general (Town/County) location, then those in the area will probably offer you a nosey around their car and talk you through the good/bad points of VX ownership, or check out the local 'meets' section... Fortunately they aren't the usual chav-fest that can be found with other sites - unless one of the Larini crowd turn up

Just don't wear a skirt -> you have been warned.

How's stuff with you? I think thats the approach, i've got a couple of cars in mind, so think the only way is to spend some time with people who know the stuff!

As for the skirt, its something you learn normally the hardway!
