The second photoshop is spot on the position is more like what im thinking to follow the lines a bit more closely

What sort of price would you think they would be if you did make some up?

but the rear on the vx is almost perfect i think.

What's the off-white bit at the outermost edge of the cut outs Joe? Is that GRP?
That's the bit of GRP which the arch liner attaches to.

Wondered if it was that but couldn't visualise it going that far back.Theres strengtheing angled section that is fixed up against the rear bodywork, to cut the holes we had to remove that, but the rear is still very solid.
Its main purpose seems to be a gravel and mud store, as I reckon nearly half a kilos worth came out when I cut mine out!
Same as that. Lost count of how many times I've had to dig rubbish out of there. No bloody wonder the fixings there, disintegrate.

If those rear vents had a lip/recessed edge rather than just a cutout of the clam id love them.
I agree. Having said that, martin has pressed his mesh into shape and I think that makes the world of difference. C'mon martin, piccie

Would be straight forward to incorporate into the moulding I would of thought, maybe to echo the bevelled edge around the lights.
