Meh, it's a pretty crap trick when you know the 'secret'. Basically you put all the cards in order beforehand and have one with a bend in it to act as a marker for reversing the random pack cuts. Pause the vid at 0.05 and you can see they are allready in the order for the story. He does perform it well though and has a good slight of hand to make the pack appear to be a lot more shuffled than it really is.
