Did you decide it was all the components causing the noise or is it down to gearbox, ie are you going to try and put flywheel back on

Going to see what the gearbox builder says next. I would like to keep the light flywheel but if noisy or down to harmonics I may sell it as may not be for me...

Not really have he old one back in with old flywheel clutch etc makes a bit of noise still but not as bad. On the look out for a really low mileage gearbox that is known good with no issues or noise I know it's a long shot but will be worth it. Also need to get enigine balanced over winter until then just putting up with it and not pushing it. BTW I have PCV issues on mine too. Is blowing a ton of oil into throttle body and air filter. Fitted a catch tank for now.

Is it really that hard to find a good gear box? There must be 1000s of gearboxes on eBay.

How old were the shocks? would I be right in guessing roughly 18 months old?

Literally just had this happen to our front shock 2 weeks ago. Spoke to Warren at Gaz and have already had both front shocks replaced so can't fault the service

People always mention the good customer service... But does that really make a difference if the product is crap?

They must know something isn't right with them as a few weeks ago they replaced Chills full set for free and there was nothing wrong with them. If this is the reason why then surely they need to recall all of them??

Your luck isnt that bad Matty. You could of ended up binning the car because of this!

If the customer service was crap too, then there would be bigger issues/no one using them.....
