Thats fine for the painted bits on the inside but where its bonded I'd use a proper PU primer. Mine is called winbond but I'm sure there's plenty of other options.

Tiger seal fail? Golly that must be rare, on the few occasions I've used it, it stuck like billio.

Also given the projector lenses a good clean inside as they where really mucky with dust and crud and the odd fly/spider.. Hopefully will be a little brighter!

To get Tiger Seal/Sikaflex/ect. to really stick you should use a primer/activator first.
