A quick 1st external only model
you beat me to it , thats exactly what I wanted to model
I want to check the accuracy of the windscreen profile and make some edits in a couple of important areas

not much without the internal flow paths modelled

What you using, I had to do alot of work to stich the surfaces and fix the under body.
Not sure it's worth it as you'll never get an exact answer out of a model whit this level of detail but can use it to get a representative answer to what difference changes will make.

Looks cool, anyone got this in solidworks yet? Would be huuuuugely beneficial to me as i could try to develop some kind of aero for the car and conduct FEA to see what kind of effects. Could use this for my project for my FD.
No and the way it's constructed out of a triangulated surface you won't unless you pretty much rebuild it from scratch. However if you have access to proper CFD and FE pre processing software (rather than that rough arse sh** that comes with CAD packages) then you shouldn't need it in a vector based CAD format.

Thats a shame i was hoping this would save me a lot of time lol. I only have SW2011 prem ed to play with.

If your any good with C++ and have access to a decent spec computer you could easily do it using OpenFOAM as I can supply a clean STL surface from my program.
