Question for you... Why can't the Adaptronics run the DBW? The SSC kit for the Toyota Lotus uses a reworked adaptronics and AFAIK has an on-board H-bridge to control the DBW. When you get into standalone ECU's its terrific to have the flexibility of DBW, I for one would not want to go back to a cable throttle.

Yes the higher model does support DBW, but costs increase and not tested in anger fully tbh Chris

and put the fuel injection wiring cover back on , also the cable loom by the cam cover could do with being all clipped back in nicely

Steve, still getting final specs for the pedal / tb kit and a price for this. I will have 5 completed at the end of this year at different specs and will put me in a better place to have set priceing depending on if you want the extras - traction control etc and also throttle body specs - ie oe size or upto 70mm. And also if you want turn key or diy install

Simons one is working a 64mm tb currently and passed the pain onto Dave to work it, nbot used this one previously so bit of work need (ok lot of wroking the tb lol) :D

I will when back be finishing a stock vxr setup on the standalone which will give a good indication of differences between normal stg2-4 cars on oe management

Price for the ecu / loom / install side of it there give or take and expect about £1200 for install, hardware and mapping turn key excluding the pedal / tb side of things

Luke your car is next to Simons waiting for a weekend to finish some fabrication at Daves before upto Chris RR :P still short of a few hardware items so hope to have it ready for those bits before it goes tut north to make the turbo glow

Need to measure the entrance to the inlet manifold not sure if Klassen one is bigger tbh. But yes std is 58mm, went with 64mm option on Simons. Although 65mm tested a lot and flows well over 600bhp without restriction and of course going too big looses part throttle response control so bigger not always better :) depending on what your after DG

you do know webcon sell the throttle bodies parts seperately, so you could buy the pedal, pedal end cable bracket and throttle cable from them

webcon pedal is alloy and looks spot on OEM ;) their latest throttle cable is heavy duty and crimped both ends so shouldn't snap either :D
