Yes, I used to sleep brilliantly. Past 5 years or so - terrible.
I have the heating off in the bedroom and the balcony door open. Does help, but not always.

Opposite for me, I have to be nice and warm to sleep well. The hotter the better. No chance of sleeping at all if I'm slightly cool. I had trouble sleeping then one night threw on a second duvet on the bed and now sleep ok most of the time. Only time I don't sleep now is like others when you have some subject going on in your head and can't switch it off. More scotch works thenYes, I used to sleep brilliantly. The bed is warm - two duvet's. Only the room is cold.
