Oh dear, not good. If you think its muscle related them 10s machines can be great. I had a lower back muscle that was giving me jip for weeks after zapping myself with one of them it was better virtually overnight. I suspect it was because the muscle was in spasm and cramped up so the pulsing of the tens machine relaxed it not sure but it worked. Don't think they do much for tendons and such. Only a few guid on eBay, the Lioyds one is a good one, mate has just got one, maybe worth a try and not much more expensive than bloody pills at £12 or less. I find copious amounts of scotch works wellMine is injury related too! something seriously amiss in my shoulder / neck 2 types of pain killers , anti inflammatory and diazepam... Didn't do the diazy tonight hence this I guess! Also one of the pills seems to be the equivalent of eating a bag of blue circle... It's like passing fossils

Damnit! Ruined by a 40 minute nap on the sofa before 10am... Now it's 03:20 and the bloody birds are singing already! Chances of getting a few hours sleep = somewhere between slim & fcuk all!
