Balls. Spent most of the night thinking of work, last time saw the clock it said 03:XX so at least I had some sleep. Up at 05:30 though and now sitting waiting for a taxi to the airport. Certainly not fresh faced for today!

As you may know :lol: I go to bed late with one or two scotch :lol: inside me and sleep well for a while then wake up and that's it , crap from then on . Just started back on the weight training and running. Not trained for a long time. So after a good session on the weights and a 3.5 mile run I went to bed with only the one drink and at 12.30. Never been in bed so early for years. Slept like a log. Stiff as a fcuking plank already this morning which is not a good sign for the next few days lol . The plan is to do weights one day and run the next all week and cut down on the booze. See if the sleeping improves. The Liver should :lol:

Fnarr Yeah, the liver will probably thank you! :lol: You can't go wrong with a little light training, especially as you aren't running about daft in work doing all sorts. I was up till about half past 4. It pays to have friends that emigrate to places like Perth Australia and California, they seemed chatty enough and didn't feel the urge to cave my head in due to texting them at that time :P

Since being a lady of leisure I sleep like a log. The only time I can't sleep is when I have a few beers. Averaging 9hrs a night at the moment. 《Smug face》
