What is a PCV? What does it stand for?
Other than getting the bolt holes to fit I have made no other modifications, is that correct?

Positive Crankcase Ventilation...
Boltholes should fit perfectly for a Saab B207 gasket, but you need to allign the bigger (m8) holes of the manifold for the M6 studs/bolts.
And block the PCV orifice between cyl 2 & 3.
