In my opinion is darker than the original petrol blue, or maybe the picture is deceiving me ...

That's a great looking photo, not just the colour, but the angle it's taken from, and the car in general.

That looks almost exactly the same as Darren's (redvts) but the reg is different and he has a black front V with silver badge. Here's a shot of his petrol blue at a recent meet:

Thanks for the pic Chris! Only bought the vx I bought because it had a hard top, found out afterwards that its one of the rarest colours, it has grown on me and now I love it!

I love the first photo looks brilliant. But i wouldnt want my vx in that colour, much prefer my boring silver.

is it a similar colour to the petrol blue escort cossie?if it is then it looks a bit pants in cloudy weather but,in sunshine its one of the coolest colours
