No offence dg but why would you want to fit a header tank with no coolant sensor....

None taken sir - they will have a sensor, just reviewing different ones and was just stating I have some made up already without that I could post this week if required. Sensor is a nice to have and not on a lot of cars but will have the sensor option
Also have a min / max tabs inside for ease of checking levels

Yes its ready to go now but trying to find somewhere that can do the silicon parts cheaper as atm the 90deg reducer 80>60mm is a chunk and also only available in blue or 4 week lead on other colours. Should be tested on the rollers by the end of the month which I am getting excited about
1st tests will be a stg 4 setup and garratt with my standalone
Prices with the current supplier of silicon
Once I can fully confirm prices and have tested the kit will post in the for sale section as per the rules
Thanks for everyones interest in the kit, just struggle to get as much time as I would like and of course have a bad arse vag engine waiting to go into lukes car lol

I assume this still retains std 63mm (2.5") ID throttle body. Thats the next project , 3" tb

Only if its needed, at 375bhp 63mm is not going to be much of a restriction but only 1 way to find out
