As daft as it may sound, but have you taped / vinyled over the panel gaps and rough lines (like the lip on the indiscreet surround)?
It may have no effect, but I have always questioned what effect some of the cavernous gaps have on wind noise, which in it's self has to be a minor amount of additional drag.
Also is there aabsolutely no way of trying to stall the effect of the rear wing when on straights, could a minor mod to the rear clam that you can adjust at the start of a long straight?
Before trying to get clever, its always worth nailing the basics first. Effort needs to go into basic setup, getting the driver comfortable and confident in the car and money needs to go into tyres and testing. Leave the minor aero mods and movable aerodynamic devices to teams big enough to exploit them, otherwise you'll get yourself in a terrible muddle.
