Mike have you or Steve got my 1:19 from last year saved anywhere...? Trying to compare but can't find the data anywhere.... Only got the TSL speedtraps to go by. There's some interesting data there though mate!! Last year at the speed traps I was dead last with 115.5 mph whereas you hit 125.4 mph and over the finish line I hit 80.3mph against your 86.5mph. The most interesting part of this though is that I was only a few mph slower than Ronnie's 119.6 mph (last year) and you were only a few slower than his 127.1 mph this year. Meaning Ronnies work on his car has yielded him 8mph since last year (which is alot) whereas Team VX are now running 10mph faster at the traps than last year which again is huge when chasing tenths!!! However significant Ronnie's improvement has been since last year you have now neutralised it and put down a time 1.2 seconds faster which shows you're the natural quicker team same as we were last year. Whatever brave pills you've been taking and whatever spanner twiddling has gone on under your bonnet (weapon X ) then keep it up. Ronnie is the one who will be under pressure now at Snetterton as he know's you've got the beating of him. One slip up and he's done for!

Sorry Jimmy, I don't have the data from your lap. We are only 30 points down with two rounds to go. Deaton's Porsche is getting better and we are much faster in a straight line now. We need a couple more of Deaton out qualifying Ronnie and maybe a push him into third and we are on the money. Snetterton 300 on the Saturday so not so much of that long back straight which is not such a handicap for us. If we can take the win there, it goes down to the wire on the Sunday on the 200.

Nice write up on the Time Attack site, my favourite bit...

Just been looking at the data, well done on an outstanding lap. I deffo need some of that Aero you have as it's obvious from the data that your wing works and works well. You are 10% faster through the high speed corners which is immense! I also need to change my line through the corkscrew as yours is clearly the one to use. Great, great driving Mike
