The big question... why is there always loads of pics of Joe working on other people's cars, never his own.

All in and snug. Notice how Joe looks so cool and unfussed yet his hands are a blur...

That could be because it is difficult to take a photo of one's self whilst spannering.

Massive thanks to Joe and Dean who came over to the workshop today both travelling quite a distance to be there as well. They worked their socks off and the new Pro Alloy tank is now in and bolted up and the engine is in and wired up, just the plumbing to do now.

Just ordered all the bits to plumb in the fuelling, may have a "Rally" SC braided hose conversion for sale pretty soon.

Getting there Mike, good work. Looks like you'll be done in a couple of days and then you can crack on with mine!!!! Bit of a boring bit to look at really, but that subframe doesn't half look a million times sturdier than before. That's going to make a shed load of difference. Has your wing turned up yet?? J

Not yet Jamie; not even had a call from them. Yup, subframe looks better and I prefer the welded in section over the brace bar every day. If we had the fuel fittings we would have had it fired up today but I had no idea what I needed till I saw the tank. Luckily Scuffers dropped by with a box of Jaffa Cakes and fired me over a shopping list. I have deleted the charcoal canister which really tidies life up in that corner and thanks again to Joe and Dean, it is a really neat job. Tomorrow is the cooling circuit and hope to have the front clam back on.
