Holy guacamole.
How does the wing work when you're towing it on a trailer? Poor tow car must be in danger of lift off at the rear axle at motorway speeds.
Bit of a p!sser on the SC belt front but guess that pulley must need further alignment (however that's done). Did you try running the belt on the inner 5 peaks and another belt on the outer 5, to see if that helped?
We checked the alignment and all seemed OK, I just think it was too long.
No pics from the front though.

Cadwell yesterday was a bit mixed. When the car ran, it was sweet and handling is epic. Sadly we shredded a few drive belts and had to take an early bath.
Do you have a 6 rib or still on the 5pk belts??
Me think you need to upgrade a.s.a.p...
We still on 5pk. If I can go to 6 rib cheaply and easily I would. No idea what I need, where to find it and how much.
You need an LSJ 6 rib crank pulley. (If you are in a hurry I have one here that I don't need right now.)
And an alternator 6 rib pulley. Vocky made some adapters and I probably can make something suitable too with a slightly bigger Alt. pulley (better for higher revs.)

I have a 6 rib crank pulley in the shed of love.
Then get Vocky to modify the alternator pulley
You need a 6 Rib sj one from American eBay
Cheers Joe, can you find me the alternator pulley?
What will the crank pulley cost me?

Yep, 6 rib is an US-LSJ exclusive item.
Is there any practical benefit to moving to 6-rib (bearing in mind other than on the second day after the original conversion, I've never needed to replace a belt), as I guess that means going through the pain of moving the pulley on the SC back to it's "standard" position?

don't know the detail of the loads on the TVS in your install, but I was somewhat surprised at the use of a 5 rib belt... we use 7 rib ones on SC Honda's and they have proven hard enough to get strong enough belts, I am amazed a 5 rib will cut it... (consider that a SC can easily be pulling 50+ hp from the crank).

I have a lsj alternator I maybe able to take the pulley from but need to check.
I'm out picking up the pedal car at the moment will check later
LSJ alternator is a one-direction freewheel pulley. You need some special tools to disassemble it from the Alt. and it then needs to be welded solid for the other rotation...
Easier to simply mod a solid 6rib pulley.

This is a more flattering angle.
Are you not doing anything about the transition from front clam to splitter, this year, Mike?
