Has he flocked the vent covers as well? Do they still turn?


They may well do, I have not forced them however.

i just got my dash back from being trimmed by dave the trimmer, and also had the vents flocked. it does make a massive difference. good price you got though mike. i paid 40 just for the vents :(

Yes it will, but it needs to warm up and the flock just lifts. Guess I better go get it out of the boot as it is already minus 4 out there.

Well did I get it wrong. Just got the bill from The Flock Shop and it is £60 plus VAT so a real bargain. Had it in the house now for 12 hours and the marks have lifted out just as Ron said they would. Looks really nice.

Dash is pretty easy jimmy. There is a guide on here somewhere, there are a couple of screws behind the dash plate and it comes off. Becareful with the wire from the push start tho.

Stereo out, (think yours is blanked anyway).Plates off, 4? screws out and negociate over cluster, remember to unplug the start button before you yank it out!

This shows the screw positions but I believe the na had one or two less than the turbo

there is a tang on the speedo cowl that points forward , getting the dash over this can be a bit tricky
