Cheers guys! I never bothered removing my airbag control unit, is that featured in the pic below so I know what to chuck out...?


Yep, it's the metal box with the black forward pointing arrow on it.

You'll be disappointed when you've removed it as it doesn't weigh much at all. Size isn't everything.

Might be more to do with the sponsor being a wallpaper company, heard a rumour that the car is going to be wrapped in woodchip?

We turned the top hose (S) around through 180, so that the large loop of the S is over the engine side rather than over the top of the belt. This means access to the belt is easier.

you should move the boot relays to the bulkhead whilst it's apart, makes removing the clam much easier thumbsup

Loads done today and the engine, box, charger and exhaust are now done and the steering wheel is attached.
