So, the cage is now in and the cooling system fitted up. Spark plugs went in and he fired up for the first time since the engine rebuild. Wing supports arrived today thanks to JimmyJamJerusalem and the rear wing was trial fitted as well. Next up, finish the bodywork around the cage and get a window in then fire extinguisher and cut out switch.

Looks like some real progress there, loving the extreme rear wing and mounts.

As I've just announced it on Joe's thread Mike, I may as well do it here. Happy to confirm that Autoglym is also now one of your sponsors. chinky chinky No money, but plenty of cleaning product to keep the VX's clean on track and in the paddock. I'll be in touch with specific details soon, but they confirmed with me today. G

Very nice car! Especially my son loves it, I think for the paint job! I like it from the technical side, but I'm surprised about your rear brakes! How many horse powers do you have?

Only 300BHP, brakes have been more than up to the job so far... I may need to review and open to change.
