oh those photos of the wrapping bring back time consuming patience sapping memories!
looks like a great job (cheat for not tackling the vents though :P)

i actually did a vent to see if i could do it.. and i could but we wanted the carbon vents anyway. :P

Transforms the look of the car, even the bare carbon louvres look right.
Excellent job.

Scrummy isn't it. I am in love with it again.

Looks beautiful. Could I suggest one teeny wee improvement? Louvres in the top of the front wings to reduce pressure in the wheelarch? They look nice too. I imagine they will be on your list anyway. Good luck with TA.

Not planned those vents TBH, we will see how the car goes first and add if needed. I don't really like the look of them.

Yup, Chris is my hero. He worked his nuts off for two days solid not finishing until 1am on Monday morning and then being up and at it again later that morning for another full day on the car. On top of that he came down from Leeds Saturday afternoon so I pinched most of his Easter and all he got was a pizza.

Drove him into work today to get some miles on the new engine and boy it is chilly in there at 6:30am. Gutted however as I kerbed one of the new wheels getting past a wobbly cyclist who veered into my path.

Looking really good Mike - congrats to you and of course Chris (esp considering the rubbish weather we have had this weekend)

Will try and get over to yours with the AG stuff sometime soon, then you can keep it looking as good as it does now!

Did that to an Aston Martin once, with optional (read £6k) wheels. Not my best day at the office...

tbh i wouldnt put the spitfire ones on my car due to the cheap parts they use

They don't use cheap parts. They might have done, once upon a time but not any more.

:yeahthat:
