I aint fighting Jimmy, no way. He's a bleeding handy little boxer. I wan't actually offended and it is just another bit of Gaz/Nitron banter that we have due to the fact Nitrons never fail... right? What I meant by up earlier Jimbo was that you were sharper than me and I was not fully awake therefore possibly up before me...

The clicks on my Nitrons were erratic from day 1. IIRC both rears were serviced due to loss of clicks and the rear o/s was again rebuilt when the adjuster started sticking at last years National. The whole lot were presumably rebuilt when they were revalved when I had softer springs fitted. In my experience they are not a fit and forget item.

Loss of clicks indicates a failure (see above) as does a seized adjuster.

The shocks were a pain to adjust but functioned ok - at the least the way I drive!

All products are not indestructible. As mike and myself have unfortunately found out with a mint set of s/h nitrons very recently lol
